The monthly chore
Knowing who is due this month
You check a register, then a wall calendar, then ask two students who forgot. By the time you are done it is evening.
Chasing fees one message at a time
WhatsApp works, but there is no list of who has not paid. The same people get asked every month and some stop answering.
Knowing which seat is free
Someone walks in for a morning slot and you have to go and look. Fixed seat, first come, you decide per student, every time.
What Librio does
- Expiry dates
- Every student has an end date. The list sorts itself into active, expiring in three days, and expired.
- Seat assignment
- Numbered seats with morning, evening and full day slots. A full day seat blocks both halves of the day.
- Fee collection
- Record a payment and the expiry extends automatically, from today if the student had already lapsed.
- Payment ledger
- Every payment kept against the student, with the mode and the dates it covers. Nothing is overwritten.
- WhatsApp reminders
- A plain wa.me link opens a written reminder in your own account. No API, no monthly bill, no template to maintain.
- Built for one desk
- The whole screen set works on a phone at the counter, with 44 pixel targets because your thumb is not a mouse.
Setting up takes one message
